- Functions as a resource and advocate for women during their pregnancy and postpartum care at MWHC. Coordinate services, resources, and education for women receiving care in the OB/GYN outpatient clinic and perinatal inpatient areas. Maintain working knowledge of services offered to women and their families.
- Associate degree in Social Work, Nursing, Education, Health Sciences or related field is required. Bachelor degree in Social Work is preferred
Approximately three years of progressively more responsible experience in coordinating patient care in an outpatient setting.
- No special certification, registration, or licensure is required.
